PawBooking sends automated SMS appointment reminders to dog grooming clients who have explicitly opted in via a checkbox on the booking form. By checking the opt-in box, clients consent to receive:

Appointment reminder messages sent 24 hours before scheduled appointments
Rebooking reminder messages sent approximately 28 days after a completed appointment

Message frequency varies based on appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.
